There is No Proper Formula for the capacitor size so that's why I did not mention in the video, in Google I found that for 1 kw motor you will need 70micro farad capacitor, but I think that is too high Capacitor Value

Only three phase synchronous motor is not self starting that's why we us a condenser for making it self starting But Three phase induction motor is self starting bcz winding displacement is 120 degrees each phase, the overall cycle is complete, so no need of capacitor (external power source) to make it self starting..
