He's an American fashion designer and film director.
He gained fame as the creative director at Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent.
In 2006, he launched his own "Tom Ford" label.
He's Tom Ford and here are his Top 10 Rules for Success.

1. Be excited about your work
At age 16, he enrolled at Bard College at Simon's Rock, but quickly dropped out.
2. Always give your best
He also dropped out of NYU after a year, focusing on acting in television commercials.
3. Find the answer through doubt
He began studying interior architecture at The New School's art and design college, Parsons The New School for Design.
4. Be determined
He spent his final year at The New School studying fashion, but graduated with a degree in architecture.
5. Feel everything you do
He worked at the Perry Ellis for two years, but grew tired of working in American fashion.
6. Be driven
His work at Gucci during the early 1990s was primarily behind the scenes.
7. Be practical
By 1999, the house, which had been almost bankrupt when Ford joined, was valued more than $4 billion.
8. Create a great experience
After leaving Gucci, he launched a line of menswear, beauty, eyewear, and accessories in 2006, named after himself.
9. Stay grounded
He designed Daniel Craig's suits for his last three James Bond films.
10. Fulfill your destiny
He directed the Oscar-nominated film A Single Man, and, as of 2016, is directing Nocturnal Animals.

Nervous is being fitted for a movie that Mr. Ford is the director. His staff is so loyal, nice and so in tune to what is required. Anyone that is looking for a tidbit about his movie, please It won't be here. No spoilers. Mr Ford, The director of Nocturnal Animals was a pure joy to be around. Wit beyond his own imagination which is immense. Kind and Nice that comes out in small pieces when surrounded by strangers. But if it falls on you. For me the bonus Material was excellent - He points out that in the end that though he thought money / success was his objective but realized that it was actually just being able to do what he enjoyed, that made him excited & therefore, Happy. That obsession and drive Tom talks about reminds me of what I was like when I promoted Dance Music events and Dj'd... Maybe I'm currently on the wrong path and need to go back to my roots! - Infact, my intuition and some recent events appear to be guiding me that way.
