Yes, it is possible. But the gamakas are a little different. Nokku for example we will have to play as a quick back slide, since pushing the note on the fret doesn't give us the same sound(unless the frets are scalloped)

She not talking about specific notes . She’s talking about slides bends and other techniques in between the notes . Sheet music would not be useful for this .
