One of the best shadowing practice videos. I’d never really been interested in practicing shadowing since I never found it as effective and useful, but this video’s definitely convinced me that it helps a lot with pronunciation and intonation. Thanks a lot!

Most of my students find Ted talks a good source for shadowing practice. You can always find a topic you feel connected to, the speech is always clear and well structured, and the transcript is correct, even if auto-generated.

That interesting, I know it as mirroring, ( someone mirror, intonation, rhythm, pitch from someone to speak in same level. Even gesture, considering human body has powerful synestesy. Wow, you are using NLP in learning. You helping student with good tools. I learn English with other teacher, but there is benefits check others modalities, people get creative in teaching. Good job.

I appreciate your effort, but I believe this is the most challenging way to learn a language, breaking down into so small pieces i mean. I don't think we have to sound exactly like native English speakers; fluency is more important. There's no harm in speaking English with an Indian accent as long as you keep the conversation flowing and express yourself with ease. Otherwise, if you're always in the mood for searching for the right word, phrase, tense, or idioms, it may give your conversation partner a feeling of faint. :)))
