It's because you're not used to it and feel bored . I have also faced that. Start with short slots and increase them each day. It will be more easy for you once you get used to it.

It is very sad that haemoglobin deficiency will also tempt you to eat raw rice... And eating raw rice will again lower it. So stop it. Make a promise and stop. Meanwhile have ragi, anaar, beetroot(preferably juice early morning ) on a daily basis for atleast 11days. I experienced the same but my hb increased immensely with it. God bless🙏

My favorite part of coming to my yoga practice is to enter with an open mind every time. I often focus on the same asanas because I'm a beginner and need to keep it simple. It's still a unique experience everyday. I was going to take yesterday off as a rest, but I'm feeling like yoga can be restful or energetic. I like to do it not just every day but throughout the day. Same with pranayama. I do it sitting down during my practice but I also do it through my day everyday. In the ups and downs of life
