Hi Ardi, Thanks for solving it. I would also like to share the other method of doing this is by using formula v(t)=v(s)+(v(0)-v(s))e^(-t/RC) where v(s)= voltage across capacitor at steady state or infinity we can find V(0) and V(steady) and RC and put that in above equation to get the answer

Yes if you know the formula. This is deriving from scratch. The problem with formula is you will forget them.
