I have one question like what is the word for medicine in spanish and i didnt i understand that chaman word in the above sentence or passage

Chaman is the name for a medicine man (a religious or spiritual figure who uses an altered state of consciousness to communicate with the spirit world). Medicine translates to "medicina". It was just part of the reading, but not really something we use on a daily basis 🤗
