the intense moments in the pits are ok and needed but yelling is not...the real dangerous individuals will stay calm and be able to tell each other the same issues theyre yelling about. unfortunately 99% of people can't do this and think its productive....the best way to get good clear communication is not yelling ever. you yell...youve already lost your own control. being amped up and yelling during a match as in yelling positions etc. is part of the game because of the level of noise. i'll never respect someone barking at me trying to teach me something. show me what i did wrong calmly, and ill go out and fix it guaranteed
