Ya u r right same situation was with me u can move away frm ur frnd by ignoring him or her.. Actually these close frnd are d reason of our negativity .. I wasted my 5 yrs with her u shouldn't .. Actually these people can't do things by own self so they use this as a measure to down the people and fill negative thoughts in us..

Sometimes you have to work in the water. So what to do. you are unable to leave that water .It is suffocating sometimes .So I personally practice meditation,silence,listen to religious hymns to stay in that water. It helps like lotus in muddy water .
