I don't know if someone has recommended it before, but I like to play Electrocute on Hwei. I build Malignance -> Stormsurge and it is very fun :) (I am arcane comet double burn item hater)

Wasn’t it an anivia angel? Sure Gwen is a problem but against skaner u have the wall and u control a lot of ground against him and Braum with linadrys.

Personally, I stick to blackfire torch as my rush item because it helps a lot with clearing waves and allows me to roam/rotate to objectives. As second I usually go Horizon Focus, then cryptobloom/void staff/zhonya's. Liandry's doesn't give you burst and just feels cringe (though sometimes it's a must like in the video). I've never tried electrocute but if I'm feeling freaky I go dark harvest for the neuron activation every time I get a stack

​@@wawewu4028 I am only talking about with electrocute page. With electrocute your combos start to do more damage and having your ult up more often and it reducing MR fits better for the combos. Blackfire makes sense for the comet/aery build still imo

For Neme, if you have a good pc but things still feel off - check your cables, maybe? People can miss those really easily, and you can improve the quality of them these days. Even if you think they're working fine, cables absolutely degrade over time. Just something to check

If q costs more than e, does the same damage as e, and is harder to hit than e. Isn’t E objectively better to start? I find lvl 1 harass is way easier and consistent with leveling e first.

Cooldown, range, waveclear all better. Much more/better options level 1 with Q start than with E.

@ idk. I think waveclear is comparable lvl 1. Cooldown doesn’t matter when you can’t find angles behind minions. Range would be the only thing I could agree with.

Yeah I hate how weak Hwei feels compared to other new champions. I feel like the only reason Hwei isn't as strong as the usual new champion. It's because he's a noob stomper in lower elo because he has a lot of spells and skill expression. *Even not comparing him to new champions he feels weak.* If they want to keep him this weak with his spell damage. Riot at least should buff his move speed by 5-10 and attack speed a little bit. But would that make him more viable as APC on bot lane than? I have no idea.

About smoothness, you play capped at 144 fps, obviously it wont feel that smooth compared to uncapped or 240fps. Even if u have a 240hz monitor, u are not using it to its fullest then
