Today's lesson is a reminder that in the process of practicing drums, we need to make sure that we practice everything at all dynamic levels, not just tempos.
Often times it's easy to fall into the habit of practicing everything at medium volume levels, and then when we go to play on the band stand, we have to play soft and loud, and don't sound good as a result.
Make sure that you practice both soft and loud, as well as medium (and everything in between) so that you can sound the best you possibly can in every musical situation.
