Practicing the Wheel Technique with Purge Open

Lately I have been practicing different air consumption and breathing techniques to prepare for an upcoming class. This is a variation of the wheel technique that I have never seen taught but I really liked it. I left my purge knob completely open so as I slowly cracked the cylinder valve I could feel and hear the air coming in. This gave me better control of how much air I was using and was much easier for me to operate without triggering the Vibralert.
