El ascenso y descenso sin ningún apoyo de pies se suele usar para rescates , trabajos de altura o simplemente si ocurre un cambio de planes por algún motivo.
Mi sistema favorito para trepar y bajar de cualquier lugar usando cuerda , sigue siendo el sistema RAD*
Sin embargo para ascender, este sistema es realmente rápido* y no lleva demasiado equipo; el detalle es que hay que colocar un dispositivo si se quiere descender lo cual estando en la línea es más difícil
Esa maniobra hay que entrenarla mucho para hacerla bien y con tranquilidad
