Random comment about chicken...not sure how you are preparing it but a real game changer for me has been to brine my chicken in salt water for about 15 mins before cooking it. It retains it's moisture amazingly well! No more dry chicken. After brining it, add whatever seasonings and it turns out so good every time! Hope that helps if it is not something you have tried yet!

In my 56 years of life, I inherited jewelry from my husbands Aunt, I buy bags but only have gotten one expensive one my whole life-clothes I wear for work, when I worked I bought. a ton, now that I am retired I don't buy as much. In a nut shell, the older I get the less I want "material items" It is so liberating and wonderful to be happy with what I have. My son is starting law school, I love investing in his future and my daughters future. She is working in Colorado for a big company at 23 and deciding what she like to do. You are fun to watch, so that is what I watch but I'm not influenced by influencers. Not putting you down, just being honest.

If you can cook the chicken in chicken broth (you can get fat free and low salt). You can kick the chicken in a crock pot with chicken broth, onion, celery and carrots slowly and is so juicy. Just to give you another idea Hope it helps ❤❤

If you love the skirt but rides up maybe see if you can get a tailor to replace the lining for a slightly longer one so that it’s just slightly above the knee.

I have the same issue with pumps…if it fits in the front, it slides off of my heel. So frustrating. The clerk at Macys told me my feet were defective 😂. I can usually wear sling backs. I love the black Prada kitten heel. You must go and get those nude sling backs.

Your feet aren’t defective - you probably have a narrow heel. When I could afford better made shoes, I went to a store in Vancouver called Ingledew’s ( they are long gone now). The associate measured my feet and told me my shoe size was 9AA (basically narrow) and that my heel was 9AAA.

Michele, I highly recommend brining your chicken breast in a salt water solution for the day and then preparing it. It will really change the flavor and texture for you.

It’s so unexpected to hear someone else talk about TF fragrances and perfectly describe how I feel about them. There are some scents that I bought because they sounded perfect for me like Tobacco Vanille and Oud Wood but they’re so heavy with tonka bean that I rarely wear them. The only TF fragrance I absolutely love and wear often is F***ing Fabulous. Which describes it perfectly 😆Violette just launched in Mecca stores here and I bought a Bisou balm

I think you need to be on a food plan that is not such a chore. It’s important to like what you eat. How long do you think you can do this diet before you binge? Speaking from experience!
