Hi , i guess you need to correct your sentence which you explained in 9:00 - 9:20 minutes. because farmers do not need to give any extra 10% amount Rather if they deposit 10% of total cost they can install the solar pump in their farm.

Sir Maine As a Doveloper register kiya hai SKAY portal pe tatha 6 location pe aaply kiya hai successfully ho bhi gaya hai lekin wo locatation awarded show kar rahi hai lekin mai un location ko unhide bhi nahi kar paa raha hun please koi samadhan batao mere ko kya karna chahiye
