Well, not exactly crazy ideas. There is a BP difference which can be a massive difference in certain matchups. Between 47 and 51% damage, can mean the difference between 2 shooting or getting walled. Draco and pulse, Draco is inaccurate and drops special, pulse is accurate and no side effects. Maybe you have an opponent that gets a 40% from pulse and 65% from draco. Makes more sense to pulse into draco than double draco, for accuracy's sake, and not getting into a setup sweeper with a 0.33 special attack

They could be staged but I doubt it. Prad mostly plays low ladder, and there's plenty of players that when you watch them it seems like they have no idea how to play. Typically in between lowest elo 1000 - no higher than like 1400
