SecureNinjaTV is in the Czech Republic at the Future Forces Exhibition where Andrew Howard takes a look at some interesting technology that leverages machine learning to identify potential threats and then displays their location in real-time in a virtual environment viewable using VR headsets.
We've mentioned Situational Awareness (SA) before. SA helps decision makers throughout an organization have the information and understanding available to make educated decisions. It can be used to protect/secure assets in the cyber realm or it can reach into the physical environment as we see in these demonstrations.
As always, information is power but this new way of leveraging various input data sources and displaying them in a virtual rendering of a real place was fascinating.
