Nice food video! Yes, especially the "Trdelnik" is a very old Czech speciality, actually first brought here by the Swedish and Norwegian vikings sailing up and down the Vtava river around year 850 - 950. They brought the Trdelnik on their longboats all the way from Scandinavia and in return got a huge number of barrels containining the excellent Czech beer.

This is really no profiterole (it is a French cruller made with choux pastry and fried plus here filled, the same pastry dough is used for eclairs or choux puffs but baked btw). Sorry
