From the original longer clip, you can see it was successful - as in the shooter did direct his attention to that person and shoot his way, no policemen was injured the official report says, one police car and one civilian car (not clear if occupied at the time for either) was "shot trough". 0:24 "He has a long one, long one" as in it's a long rifle "...483.. People are the reason depression exists though. Judges tend to evaluate the life of people who kill such as if they've got a good job, a girlfriend etc they take everything into account especially if it's premeditated. Now I'd only find it understanding if someone goes out to kill if their mind is broken and they've reached their limits, a humans needs ain't being met and the people around them don't work for their life so they'll start killing them because they're not good for their own existence or are a burden or barrier or obstacle that repeats itself where that person gets nowhere, are they in a country of no opportunities. Clearly not, this is a man living in Prague. Most of the time these killers don't lack opportunities and have good things going for them, I think the reason world's manifested these people is from corruption, they're spoilt and in my opinion I think the world does too much for these men

Since there seems to be a slight confusion in the comments let me clarify a few things. The shooter's rampage started a few days before this where he is suspected to m*rder a father with his infant child in the "klánovický" forest. It is likely that he went to "train" there. He was one of 4000 potential suspects that the police were investigating. Note that the gun used there was not the one used in the school but ballistics matched to one of the guns in his house. On the day of his rampage, he m*rdered his father and took his AR10 chambered in .308 which he later ultimately used in the school. He is also suspected to be in possession of explosives which he later wanted to use elsewhere. The shooter was also allowed to own multiple firearms himself even though he was actively being threated in a mental hospital which is why there is a lot of hate towards police. As a gun owner and Czech myself, I see this as a failure of our state which needs to be investigated. As per the police response the regular city cops were engaged in the raid within 4 minutes since the shots were fired. 9 minutes after that the Anti-terror groups strike team was on the scene.
@erniedesantis5979 ай бұрын
We have the same problem in the states. We have laws and protocols to help prevent such tragedies and then the people tasked with applying those laws drop the ball and we have a situation like this. Of course, especially in America, we blame the gun and not the complete failure of law enforcement and our public safety institutions. Even in the US if you are being treated ad a mental patient you are not supposed to possess any firearms. -Tell that to the people in Lewiston Maine who were killed by a man who was actively seeking help but heing completely ignored...he spent weeks and a mental facility admitting to wanting to commit acts of violence with a gun against people and not only did they not take his firearms away (as per state law) they let him out of treatment early...even after he said he wasn't ready. Sickening. I'm sorry you guys have to deal with this now too. From one lawabiding gun owner to another, stand your ground and push hard to make sure those that failed to do their jobs are held responsible and that safeguards are added to prevent this from happening again. However, whatever you do don't let them blame them you or your guns and for gods sake don't let them take away your ability to lawfully and peaceably own firearms.

Saying that the Czechs have "the most liberal gun laws in Europe" is misleading. There are certainly other countries which are quite similar. Czech gun laws are quite extensive, requiring one of several levels of license to own a gun. These require a medical exam, a practical exam, and no history of even misdemeanors in the past three years. The practical exam tests skill at operating guns, knowledge of gun laws and first aid. Guns themselves are divided into a chaotic number of classifications, with permit requirements varying between them.

I just remembered the shooting of 2 students and killing many students. The reason why they did it's because how they've been severely bullied by a group of students and how little to no response the school action. They've been physically and mentally abused to the point they hated life and ultimately went to punish the bullies while some unfortunate innocent students are killed because they are talking or interacting with the bullies at the time of reckoning 😢

Only the weak ones do these shootings. Rather instead of facing consequences he rather shoots himself. He didn't just kill these 14 innocent people and prior to this shooting a woman called the police after she heard gunshots, they found 2 bodies in a forest one of I think a 30 something year old father and the second one of a 2 month old daughter, the same guy who was responsible for the shooting did it. So in total he left 16 dead and 27 injured. I think the police messed up a lot but I'm not gonna judge I don't see into the case but I think it's clear a lot of things could've been done better. Can't take it back anyway, what happened can't be undone. I can't imagine what the families of the victims go through right now. Young people with their life ahead and some weak individual took their entire life from them and ruined lifes of those who remain. Let's just hope this won't happen again.

@@miammajor It is awful, this Christmas had to be the worst Christmas imaginable for the families of the victims. The shooting is over but now there's a ton of people on the social media that threaten to go and shoot people too and police posts the videos of the special unit breaking into their homes and arresting them. Only if they were that fast to arrive at the school shooting. They knew that he was going to go and shoot into some building but he didn't mention which one, he shot his father and after that he went zo the school the police went to the crime scene where they found his father dead and there was a diary where he mentioned the shooting that was about to happen and they evacuated one building and he just went to another one, still even though they had so much time to prepare for it the guy shot the entire school out and what you see in the video of him standing on the balcony shooting that was after the school shooting that happened inside. He was there over 10 minutes shooting at people on the street from above without anyone returning fire. There were many occasions where they could've shot him easily since he was totally exposed but nobody did. They tried making it look like they did everything right but I think even the police knows they totally messed up.

It's not that easy, there's a waiting list at every therapist like 4 years in advance. It's not like you can just decide one day to go to therapy. It is in my opinion the biggest issue hummanity is facing right now, if nothing is done everyone will go crazy. Look at the huge rise in children suicides, in the lack of relationships... I think hummanity has become too smart for their own good, sometimes ignorance is a blessing, humans weren't meant to hold the burdens of life on their backs like that, it's breaking our minds. I have Asperger's and it's really hard to live with mental health issues, one has 2 options, getting numb through medication/drugs, or ending it all.

@@baph0met There is constant propaganda for people to be optimistic and to simply stick to the program for the sake of it. "Just work hard bro!" in spite of being under crushing conditions one way or the other without adressing it because "its your responsibility!" Normal people can live with that since they can atleast seek relief from friends, lovers and family but if the entire civilization is like this, some bottom-tier young guys won't tolerate the loneliness and will reach their boiling point lol.
@baph0met8 ай бұрын
@@visstorm Yep. Especially if you have a uncurable condition like ASD, like me, "trying harder" doesn't solve anything, it's mostly just putting yourself out there and waiting your whole life and if you get lucky it works out and you'll be happy, you can't really work with autism, you can mask, but that doesn't solve anything and usually makes things worse. I'd imagine it's like that for many other conditions. Obviously it's no excuse to go and conciously hurt people, although I somewhat understand why one might do that, not that I agree with it in any way, but I can see why someone might break in a certain way and then do this, society is failing these people, some cope, some do this, some commit unaliving. It's sad, but it's the reality of this cruel world. Wish people tried to understand other's more, once you are a bit off to them, society abandones you.
