Our very first hike when we arrived here in November was from Praia do Vau to as far as .....well, we don't know! It is an amazing trail! We didn't do a video on that one....I was so distracted by the beauty! LOL! So many beautiful hikes here. Thank you so much for sharing your day!

I really love it down there. We came for 2 weeks and have been here for 4 months now. It's a beautiful part of the Algarve coast! 😊

@@FrugalTravellers looks a lot different, remember the caves almost at far end and bars open, even though I was under 18, had a few pints there!! Top stuff

The caves are awesome on these beaches. I can't wait for the bars to reopen. As soon as April 5th comes around we'll do our but to contribute to the local economy! 😆🍻😆

COVID situation is not too bad here in the Algarve. Masks must be worn indoors, on transport and where you can't keep 2 metres distance. Things change fast so keep an eye out before you come. We use the open EU app for latest travel info which is good and recent.

@Ed Ek We love reading your comments, they are brilliant! 😂😁 I must admit to being slightly unnerved when we saw the first tsunami sign, but we keep a close eye on the ocean when we're at the beach, and the tsunami meeting point is just below our hotel... so that makes me feel reassured 😀 Hahhha... we've had mist, torrential rain, thunder and lightning directly overhead... but I find it impossible to drag myself out of bed to record such horrible weather - it's much easier to record stuff when it's sunny 😂 However, in the interest of #realitynotglamour I will record the next lot of awful weather and post it in the Community section to make you feel better 😁😀

It is most frustrating people doing KZbin and their pronunciations of names and places..........please do your homework with the locals and pronounce the places you visiting or describing correctly. Sounds terrible and you don't do justice to the places or country !!
