I have a video on my How To Flag Demo's playlist on my KZbin page. Look for #17 kzbin.info/aero/PLIjQtWGQwbfkdb7oaq2WVn-R2PT-zBEbB You'll need to use long exaggerated body movements to get them to flow nicely. You need to also get to know how the flag flows. Lots of practice too. You will probably tangle a bunch until you get the hang of it. This is normal.
