Holy Rollers was a term that was coined in 1906 when the Azusa Street Revival started. People received such a touch of God that it dropped them to the floor. Someone must humble themself to roll on the floor. It is not a doctrine. They aren’t trying to make anyone else roll on the floor. As you see the ministry are the ones doing it. it has nothing to do do to make someone saved but out of the abundance of their heart they are demonstrating that Jesus is so good they will roll on the floor for him

@@BV1180 Think about it, you just hit the nail on the head! It wasn't until the outpouring of the holy ghost in 1906, (I can't remember exact date) that people started shouting and praising God. I believe this was the latter rain! and the holy ghost is still being poured out today.. I received the holy ghost in 1994, and I've been dancing and shouting ever since. It's joy unspeakable and full of glory! unless you've had this experience, it's hard to understand their worship.

@@BV1180 You just hit the head on the nail. After the outpouring of the Holy Ghost, is when the shouting and praising begun. I believe it's the latter rain that the Bible prophesied about. I received the Holy Ghost back in the 90's and I've been shouting and praising God ever since. If you've never had this experience, you could never understand their worship.

That’s true, except me personally I believe both forms are ok, because one is making yourself a fool for Christ, which is praising Him through a weird way, or at least to the world, and like you said the Spirit would make the saints do that, I have experienced both, where I do it intentionally as an act of praise, but also where I have fallen under the power and I roll under the power. I know for me personally, one time I rolled on purpose as an act of faith, which very well may be what these guys were doing, and I saw God do a miracle in my life. In this video, we don’t know the lives of these Christians, but I dare say that we shouldn’t be so apt to calling it something mundane until we can fully examine the situation which can’t be rightfully described from this clip

So this is what the people looked like when Moses came down after laboring for the ten commandments and the people were partying and worshipping the golden calf. This is playing church and I have visited there and there are some very sweet people but people on the outside are DYING and you have to know the security code to get inside if you have an emergency or need to pray. There is an order to the move of God in church, and this is a third generation Pentecostal talking. The line between church and cult is very thin, given this fact - the Bible records David dancing before the lord in the streets of Jerusalem, Acts 2:38 is real as the spirit of the holy ghost evidences itself as speaking in other tongues. However rolling on the floor is just monkey see, monkey do and it is not Biblical nor is putting on a show. This pastor and congregation have crossed a line that should not be crossed.
