Fog and darkness has absolutely no place in an apostolic worship session. Please, calling on apostolic people to pray about this and understand that the "nightclub" atmosphere does not belong at our altars and sanctuaries. We are not to be relevant, but change the world. Not to become more like the world to attract more people.
@Afewmorethings6 ай бұрын
This is not nightclub atmosphere. The fog helps the lights and overall look of the stage. Keeping the lights down is so that all focus is on the pulpit. No distractions of what anyone else is wearing or doing or when people get up and walk around. It pulls focus to the worship and to the message. Just because something happens in the world too, doesn’t mean we are being like the world.

I wholeheartedly disagree. You can justify this 10 ways to Sunday. Still doesn't belong in a sanctuary.

@@lcominghome6887 in a church sanctuary yes, but this was in a small arena (not taking sides, but tech has to work with what theyre given)

For those of you in the comments that have a problem with this kind of worship one you don’t understand the context of the service or the schedule or what the service is to. You probably go to a dead church that isn’t growing if other denominations can have the best of everything and have pure and true worship why can’t the apostolic church?

I am a 60year old woman with a broken body. But let me tell you as an apostolic woman filled with the holy ghost there is no place for darkness. Turn on the lights
@theunsettled5683 Жыл бұрын
Why a smoke machine? That’s not appropriate the mountain of God is not a place to take lightly we can’t allow that false narrative adopted from non Holy Ghost churches to infiltrate the very throne of God, it took 2 cherubim’s to cover the mercy seat, the very throne of God on the ark of the covenant the third angel that was responsible for this duty was cast out due to pride. We are the third part of the equation, and we mustn’t be like keen, and present the worship the way we think Ezekiel 28 explains it all.

It simply helps with the lighting when recording or live-streaming.

And turn on the lights. Churches should NOT be dark like a club or theater. A trend that saddens me.
@rjohnsnyder43611 ай бұрын
Nor should live streams take place. I would not want a camera in my face while worshipping. Cmon people
@Jomar-yizd211 ай бұрын
@@rjohnsnyder436honestly I agree with both your comments with that I personally believe cameras take away intimacy from your own worship for the Lord also the dark Churches is wrong in my opinion as well as we are supposed to be light in a world full of darkness and having dark churches says a lot… I mean I imagine heaven being full of light not darkness

Take away the rockin band and the screaming preacher.. and you have nothing but irrational emotion. Stirring up the crowd. Teach the Word to the people.
