I’m sorry that you feel like praise dance is just a floor show and entertainment for the church. If you care to have a conversation, I would love to educate you on what praise dance is. 😊 Praise dance is an acceptable form of worship in scripture and it’s another way to express love and reverence towards God. The Bible says in Psalms 149:3 - “Let them praise his name with DANCING: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. The Bible also says in 2 Samuel 6:14-15 - “Wearing a linen ephod, David was DANCING before the Lord with all his might, while he and all of Israel were bringing up the ark of the Lord with shouts and the sound of the trumpets.” There are about 10 or more verses in the Bible that talk about praising God through dance. While you see it as entertainment and a floor show, I see praise dance as a beautiful art form that can communicate truth and bring Glory to God. ❤️

There is a difference between dancing 💃 with extreme exhortation and praise because of an exciting event. The scripture you used David danced like that because the Ark of the covenant was back in their midst. He was super happy. We must apply historical context when referencing scripture. Each scripture you provided was not a command to dance but historical proof that dancing is acceptable to God. The modern-day church has musicals and programs where people are being entertained. Many are paid events. Dance mightily before the Lord on your home why do you need an audience. Entertainment... God wants your heart. He doesn't want fake dancing. I say fake because it's planned for your program. Outward praise doesn't please God. He simply wants us to live according to his Word. The Church is full of entertainment, and it's posted all over the web for the claps. 👏 👏 👏 Lastly, where in the New Testament are we encouraged to dance or shout all over the church? Nothing is wrong with it, but do it in your secret closet...why in public?? Selah.

@@thisissacred8679 the Lord is pleased with the praise that is going on in this video. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. But to say that this specific praise dance/mime is for “entertainment” is absurd. There are different forms of worship and not everyone worships the same. The lord would be displeased with your judgment about something in which you are just an outside observer of. Your more than welcome to come worship with us on Sunday mornings 😊 enjoy

The reason why we have these things it's because it's for the Lord we do it for our King we serve each and every mime is for the Lord in each one of them has a meaning that is very powerful it could be very touching it could change someone's Life and one of these days of Lord's willing all goes well and he permits us I have a 100 percent belief that you will be touched buy one of these mimes and that song will change your life
