grabbing Cerulean Beast Eik for free is absolutely insane! Congrats in the highest regard. Rads is still strong awakened, and can deal loads of damage in lots of high end content. I'm glad my home boy speedemon is finally getting blessed. Bring on all the free heroes!

There is not a set amount. If you do not get a featured hero during your first Fever... then you are guaranteed to see a featured hero on the last pull of your 2nd Fever rates. If I had to guess, it's gonna be between 60-90K diamonds to absolutely guarantee one.
