Another absolutely amazing thing for resto shaman is Capacitator totem. If you talent the one that double drops. You can stunlock group for 3 sec then wait 3 sec and another one drops. Effectively giving you 10 seconds where very little will happen from the enemy group. Other classes can also aoe stun, but shamans definitly have the best one and the CD is short. Being able to control when that happen as a healer makes you very flexible with how you set up your other healing spells. The healing spells are also quite easy to use, like instant chain heal with totem drops. Chain heal is also smart, it will heal 4 targets, but it will pick out the targets that need it. So if 1 person is full, you know the CH will heal the other 4. I know almost every healer have something like this, but CH seems very good with smart healing and is something you use very often. Healing stream totem also does auto smart heal.

Depends on rank. Resto shams are good, because they can forgive shitty dpsers, but later keys 10+ where you have people that know how to play, disc is best, due to overall output, the poison cleanses shams have though is so solid for alot of the season 1 dungeons

Talking about shaman.... I paused and looked that healing breakdown, I will be going back to Authority of Fiery Resolve, as you can see the amount of healing it does over course of a dungeon or fights, along with earthliving weapon, you get MORE heals instead of relying on Crit (RNG) mana oil, and I think this is also a big thing to talk about as I do not like using the oil on weapon because I would much rather have the 20% chance to apply EarthLiving on targets, along with the fact that when you cast ur Surging Totem/Healing Rain you get Whirling Elements, and your next chain you can apply Earthliving at 150% effectiveness !! so all in all, I don't see why anyone would play with crit enchant, and mana oil. & you can't forget SPIRIT WALKERS GRACE, we can move while casting for 15 seconds and have 20% more movement speed while doing so, we have gust of whind for the leap..... I mean how much better can the class fucking get? Do i need to mention astral shift in combination with stonebulwark and the vers stat priority that we naturally have we can just negate 1shot mechanics in m10. &&&&&& INCAP TOTEM instantly kills this weeks M+ affix of xalatah's blue balls k im done raving, go shamans, love you both over @ MarcelianOnline

This may be a dumb question but why is there an unbalance or inequality with cleanse or dispels? Is it game breaking or something? no matter what spec healer, why you cannot be able to handle curse or poison or whatever the dot dmg school is or have a different lore or class specific specialty to handle the different dot dmgs? Idk like for disc priest gets more shields if the player has some sort of dot or dung mechanic dmg over time thingy lol? I new to all this sorry

Where can I find the circle around the curser mod? and the disc one that seems to show cast times? are they WA's? Cool vid, I'm struggling with resto in m+ atm - less that it's not doable, but you have to work so much harder than I feel other healers do, and ultimately it just isn't that fun atm. They also buffed us but I'm not a fan of the talent changes, they moved x2 swiftmend which hurts raidhealing :/

@@Silentfeety Nope, m+ WS with germination, the new nourish talent, double lifebloom and abundance + the new talent goes unreasonably hard on m+. Only downside is the damage as youre applying hots a lot more but it feels like Bfa druid which is awesome!

It's the most stressful expac I healed before. I swap to dps and enjoying. I truly believe the devs don't play the game at all. The tunings for this expansion is the worst it's ever been. Also M+ trash has way to many abilities, they need to tone that down a bit.

I'm loving it. And I'm PvP Mw and ditched M+ after getting to 10's when they first came out yonks ago. PvP has it's issues but I'm so glad my days of watching a raid fall apart because some halfwit ninja'd the boss and everyone left are gone and toxicity? Go M+ then. Fistweavings not really the way to go because unlike mobs players have brains and use them and weaving is vulnerable to a smart team with the right CC. 11.05 is weird, we lose a PvP talent that makes jade lightning a 100% knockback with 2 charges...loads of utility. We lose that and they change Jade Lightning and my killing blows and HK's have gone up like a rocket and have players doing what can only be described as desperately trying to flee out of range while also making it a healing bomb. I'm supposed to be a healer lol, now I have DPS wary of approaching me unless they are in good shape because I'll kill them. From MoP to now we have never had such potential to kill a player than now outside of Ring of peacing or knock baking someone off a cliff etc etc.

As a resto shamy, my favorite part of DF was having to deal with the whole grp ticking down on deseases in brackenhide. So cry me a river... Nah seriously, the dungeon design is worse than DF. I tried to run a +4 pug on my beastmaster alt this week and the healer shortage is sad. Btw, there should be 1% of the player base who care about a healer meta. Wtf

Disc priest is one of the hardest ones but it’s also the most fun. Leveling, I was unkillable and I loved being able to do decent damage while maintaining health. Holy priest is supposedly a super easy one but I just rolled one (again to try) and not getting it well, go figure.

Disc priest should not be on the same tier as resto shamny. Especially on pug groups. Btw, I elemental shame bein nerfed is probs gonna kill disc somewhat. Ele shammy -+ disc was the god comp. Now that ele is nerfed, you’re better off going another dps and resto shammy. Point of interest, how good is enhancement shammy? This will affect disc viability.

should just say go resto shaman as it heals everything the game can throw at you, while you can dps and interrupt (because dps are abit slow) and your passive healing does more than some other healers combined try harding... not to mention they have just better tools than any other healer by a mile esp for this season. im only saying this on a pugging point of view btw as on coms other healers can ask people in the party to actually contribute to mechanics. Just if you intend on pugging at all just role shaman and save your self time and people having ago at you.

Idk what people have with resto shamans. I am Rdruid main and I also tank and I didn't see a single Rshaman that comes even close to my healing. In fact, every single stress situation where healing tide is not ready (or simply not enough) and/or they can't link... it's basically a wipe. Rshaman utility is definitely very good, that's not even a question but their healing throughput is not good, which makes them actually a poor pug healer. If the key is done in time with

@@MarcelianOnline I’m probably going to be a little long winded here but blizzard has called about the Meta before and how the amount of people playing a class can “skew” the meta data and how it forms tribalism around people of ever age play trying to play like they are in method. To use made up numbers to illustrate my point - If a shaman is showing numbers of 250 hps while holy priest is showing 150 . The “meta” will conclude that “shaman is better” but what the meta lists don’t take into account is the skill to reach the 250 hps maybe the average layer only reaches half that and someone who “loves” holy and sticks with it could out perform “meta” because of the player.

The tier list is simply not done for pugs. A resto shaman will not be able to handle most of the stress test situations in a pug group, especially when healing tide is on cd (or simply not enough) and/or he can't link. I didn't see a single resto shaman coming even close to the healing I can do on my Rdruid in M+. Shaman has great utility, no question but pugs and having coordinated utility? Really? Come on... you need throughput in the first place and if we are speaking of poor
