During construction Shimla free labour (Begar ) was provided or required by British Raj from Riyasti raj . Himachal was cash less society and labour took their own food residence expenses from own expenses. It Does not cover PEPSU inwhich Punjkiyah which were governed by panchs ( 5 Persons) because Only had official infrastucture. These Punchkiyah record was taken by Patiala state of people; Which were not taken land confistication for tea gardens apple garden. When Begari people were killed by British raj Lord Dalhousie wanted a long bridge from Dalhousie to Dhimla like san Fransisco type bridge for Angrez. Meny people were killed secretly in Shimla and Kullu like Rana Bir Singh and others from Baijnath with other 5 persons. Those public taken from Kangra displaced were in transit in Shimla ; land was taken were not given any titles these people were called Birds they can fly here there. Later on old Sectt was burned in Chota Maidan near All India Radio Station so record was destroyed in 1957. Many families were displaced in this land grab policy and Dam constructions in Bilaspur Kangra etc. I lnow one congress leader has power of Attorney 250 buildings in Shimla and still gets rents from HP sarkar.Many Smaller states riyasts families were executed like Sidhpur and in Kangra like Bir Gallu Diyol Pathar Chamba etc. After 1857 it was under plan to declare East Punjab Hills states book written by Mr Sita Ram Saihgal it covers whole independencemovement. Like 1850 Dagshyi treaty in which British graves are. In Mandi Jiv Anand Upadhyaya was wazir and he made rule that no graves can be taken for burial ground so on specific area it can be built and when they are independent like Ireland Scottand and will take their dead bodies corpses. As such James Daly corpse was taken back to Ireland from Dagshai in 1956. citizenship Amendment Act should be modified that if a person not born in Himachal can not be nuried in Graves. In lieu 3300 around Azad Hind Fauz senani were executed in Queensland in Australia known as Bada Kalapani it was after 1953. these are in very bad shape no name unmarked graves. I visited in 2017 to see that place. Ex PM brother in Lawa has a farm there Padmini Nehru Khan.

Pt Padam Dev President Praja Mandal was RMP and was practising MTP medical Termination of Pregnancy. British forces involved in sex abuses of Teenagers. And it was a serious problem in Riyasats of Rampur Bushair and 22 Riyasats. Scottish regt use to go to Tibbet to do stealing thefts etc. when many soldiers was found in Srahan Riysts etc etc in conpromising situations and firing happened . Scottish said we are giving you Azadi. Shimla is built on free labor from Arki solan Mandi etc when they demanded money they were slaughtered by angrez.

Azad Hind Fauj ch Himachali ka koyi jankari ki aapne post daali hu nhi Red fort trial or uske baad arou d 3300 Himachlis executed in Australia.
