@@MrRaviteja1992 Far more important is "water logging" that you forgot altogether. Don't use your bucolic mind & earth-level knowledge - it isn't sufficient as you're dealing with sky-scrapers! It is a coastal alluvial soil, fit for agriculture only or a single-floor or two-floor houses. Yet it can even absorb mild earth tremors. All Geological earth-quakes have passed this area a million years ago, at least and are no more! Consult a"Soil Engineering specialist" (like the Central government office adjacent to IIT-Delhi).

CBN's main idea is capital should be at the center of the state so that it can be fast commuted from any corner of the state. If its in Rayalaseema then it will be far away for north coastal districts. And another fact is if capital is near to water source then it will develop very fast and will expand quick. Now with Amaravathi-Ananthapur express way commute from Rayalaseema districts to capital will reduce 2 hrs and one can reach with in 6 hours. This will be completed in next 2 years. And there are roads connecting from Prakasam, Nellore, Kadapa, Kurnool and chittor to this express way make it easier and fast commute.

There are water sources in Rayalaseema, but many sources are abandoned due to negligence, political hypocrisy, injustice share, taking/draining to other places or into sea in the name of Pushkaralu. Actually, habitation dependency on water sources was not even confined before modern eras. Penu Konda, Chandradiri was Administrative capital of Vijayanagara Empire.

So current location they choose is feasible as it can accommodate water on demand. Rayala seema depending on Krishna river water. Unlike godavari we dont have guarantee about how many TMC we get every year. If we see last 10 years the water coming from upper states reducing drastically. Once polavaram finish we have the water coming from Godavari to krishna delta (currently its pattiseema) will guaranty water for Capital region.

Th soil isn't suitable for deep foundations, as of now.

CBN is not a graphic designer, these were created by the authorities and shown to CBN, but not created by the CBN and shown to them. Any thing to build needs a plan, this is the design plan and the works were started, you can go sit in there and watch it yourself.
