Prakriti parikshan ye ek basic principle hai har body ka apana *multatva*. kisi bhi patient ko Ayurved se treat karane ke liye malum hona jaruri hai. Prakriti ke anusar hum apana bhojan konsa khaye, hamari dincharya kya ho, hame konsi bimariya ho sakati hai unase bachane ke upay konse ho sakate hai isaki jankari milati hai. Isake saath hi humari manasikata kaisi hogi koi vyakti ka swabhav bhi Prakriti ke anurup bataya ja sakta hai. Jaise ki Pitta prakriti ki vyakti jyada aggressive turant gussa karane wali hogi. Prakriti ye har insan ka mul tatva hai jisake anusar usaka sharir dhalata hai. To keep yourself healthy and to decide our daily routine about diet, dincharya according to your bodyline one should know prakriti. So knowing that you can decide the things and keep yourself healthy. eg. If your prakriti is of Pitta then you should avoid spicy food stuffs, avoid nightouts, don't eat too much ushna virya food like eggs, leafy vegetables otherwise you can experience hair loss in early age, faster aeging process like premature greying of hairs.
