It was called Gnana Yoga. Not Gana yoga. As it was explained at birth as a very intelligent intellectually extremely sharp. At the same time it is a Dhana Yoga meaning brings money and luxuries without efforts due to good deeds ,merits of previous birth. But would not care about wealth as experienced in in previous birth at its best. This gives a beautiful attractive body due to these two Yoga as it occurred in a Virgo ascendant in his 11th house. It is true I do not care about wealth in the conventional sense. Also I have ignored material opportunities many a times if they do not fit my intellect, belief system. So I give priority to happiness! Thank you. I do agree with your advice. In modern day rich or wealth and happiness may be a subjective definition ?

Mercury the lord of 8th and 11th houses exalted in virgo with sun aspected by Asc lord Mars in 8th is so placed in D1 and mercury placed in virgo in 12 th in D9 but in bhava chart of D1in 12th. Mercury is exalted in Virgo in D1 and D9 but being 8 th lord placed in 12 the bhava with Venus in Libra. What interpretation can be made please.

I come from a Western perspective and Mercury in Sagittarius is naturally debilitated, but I have not seen that to be the case in Vedic.
