Garadu isn’t sweet potato pramodbhai it’s a type of purple yam ka variety I think the masala they put with salt and lemon is jeeravan masala which is an Indore specialty

Street food mein cheese genuine nai hota uss mein mayo ka ya phir Malai ka bhapka aata hai. Woh gaadha cheese nai milta hence Momos thode se off lagte hai

Very costly.. everything overpriced.. ek dahi vada 70/- seriously..we ate unlimited thali at 150/- at sai prasad Indore junction that too with 12 items including paneer
