Pranayama Practice | 5 Deep Breathing Exercises with Warmup Asanas to Breathe Better (Follow Along)

Hi Everyone!
Today we will be doing a pranayama practice that will help you breathe better and clam your mind. Make sure you practice this on an empty stomach or at least 3-4 hours after eating.
We will start with some easy stretches to warmup the spine and open up the hips. Then we will move to a cleansing Bhastrika Pranayama, followed by Nadi Shodhan & Bhramari Pranayama.
Once you are ready, lets gently hop onto the mat & get going.

in brambly pranayama do you actually close the ears by pressing with the thumbs or do you just lay them on?

You actually need to close them to cut out all external noises so you can focus solely on the vibrations created by the humming.

Hi Jinal, it is best if you do this in the morning on an empty stomach. If you do it in the evening, try to have a gap of at least 4 hours post lunch to do pranayama practice.
