Hi Everyone!
Today we will be doing a pranayama practice that will help you breathe better and clam your mind. Make sure you practice this on an empty stomach or at least 3-4 hours after eating.
We will start with some easy stretches to warmup the spine and open up the hips. Then we will move to a cleansing Bhastrika Pranayama, followed by Nadi Shodhan & Bhramari Pranayama.
Once you are ready, lets gently hop onto the mat & get going.
