I've seen blood stains happen before when I was in middle school, since it was a classmate I just hugged her from the back to block the sight and quietly told her she'd bled through her pants and walked with her to the bathroom as a shield. Once we were "safe" in the women's bathroom I went out to go get my hoodie from our classroom so she could tie it around her waist until her mom could bring her a change of pants. Personally I would tell the person (quietly- to not draw attention to the situation) so they are aware and we can fix the situation. Women need to look out for each other 💜

I think even more, society needs to accept that bleeding is normal and not shameful. We treat periods like a taboo thing to hide, and that’s entirely based on misogyny. IMO normalizing it is the best thing to do. Not continuing to hide it away. But on the other side, he was really sweet about it. When I was 9th grader, I had my first day of menstruation in school. I forgot that it was my menstrual period so I didn't bring sanitary pad. Unluckily, my menstruation that time was heavy that my chair was almost full of my menstrual blood. What my boy classmates did- they get scratch papers and place it on my chair. I really appreciate their help that time^^. We need more gentlemen in the world :-)

I personally believe the best way to handle the situation is to just whisper to her, cover your mouth from the camera and just let her know. Because there is no way to avoid making it awkward. Either you let them know or they walk around with food in their teeth or mascara on their skin. See I honestly respect a guy who tells me right away. Even if it's infront of other people, because chances are those people noticed but didn't tell me. Then you laugh it off and go on with your day.

I remember in elementary one of my friends had bled through white jeans. I noticed and immediately went to grab her cardigan from her chair and told her to wrap it around her waist because there is a red spot. Luckily we had group sessions and I asked the male teacher to go to the nurse office with my friend. I had a "stomachache" and "didnt want to throw up on my way there". He let us go and thankfully at the nurse's office she had some pants and panties in my friend's size. She even gave her a pad for her to use and a black bag for her dirty clothes. It was because a couple of girls in our grade were getting their first periods and they wanted to be prepared. Which was nice and she comfortably went on her day and thanked me. Honestly always looking out for people because it's something natural and sometimes we can get caught off guard. It's just being a human and we shouldn't be too embarrassed about it.

There was a guy when I was in school that would carry supplies on him for girls. He would always keep a pair or two of sweatpants in his locker just in case he saw a girl with a stain or overheard one talking to a friend. It got to the point where if a girl in our class needed something he would be the first one asked. He had two sisters in our school as well so he originally kept that stuff on hand for them just in case they forgot something. We would always have to pay for products from the nurse's office, eventually other guys started to do it to. They were also the first ones to stick up for someone if they were getting bullied.

I've had this happen while is was out with my girlfriend. We saw a young woman in this position so I gave my girlfriend my coat and she approached the young lady a whispered in her ear. Then put my coat over her shoulders and walked her into a department store. We bought her new bottoms and my girlfriend took her to change. My senior year I went on a cruise and I’d had my period two weeks before so I thought I was safe. Went snorkeling, then laid out on a beach chair with a fluffy white towel underneath me. I have experienced this kind of situation while i was in high school, however it was on a completely different reactions. Female and male students made fun of me, none lent a hand except one female student. They spread me having a blood stain on my skirt to everyone from different classes. Just one day, i was given a nickname "dirty period girl" for the rest of the year and they kept whispering something bad behind me. Teachers thought it was a joke and don't want to make this issue big so they chose not to bother it and call me not to care what the other says. The whole year has been really stressful for me until the point i thought i was a filthy being. Only time this ever happened to me in public luckily was when I got my first ever period in middle school. From my perspective, I'd say the best thing you can do would be just kindly let them know relatively discretely. It'll very likely be embarrassing for them to realize that it happened and you noticed, but if you're friendly about it and don't make it seem as if it's shameful or dirty, I would honestly be touched and my day would be made to know that people out there are caring and brave enough to help me out in that situation which is unfortunately so taboo and awkward for most people.

I loved the video, I think the guy handled it in a good way, and the cast is very nice (or so it seems to me), it's the first time I see this channel and I liked the atmosphere, it looks comfortable and everything. . it's quite genuinely nice. but there is one thing that I would love to see added in the near future, and that is to put subtitles in Spanish :( Being a Latin American person starting to learn English, it was difficult for me to understand and know what they were saying, I don't understand English perfectly, or at least not in its entirety, a large part of the video was just trying to know what the texts mean in English, but I still liked it, I hope you take into account the subtitles in Spanish for people from LATAM or Spain. It feels a bit sad that almost everyone as a kid has experienced this and either had a traumatizing experience, or someone helped them. When i was younger I bled through, periods are weird and when you’re younger they don’t come at the same time and hormone imbalances make it worse, i don’t know how long I bled through but thankfully it wasn’t too much, the best experience is for it to be someone gentle towards you and to help you feel clean- it’s extremely embarrassing because a lot of people will shame people and make fun of them for being on their periods despite it being something they literally can’t control. Do not harass someone in their time of need, that makes you an asshole.

He's a good man. I've experienced this during hs and everyone seated behind me were boys. They called my name quietly and told me I bled through my skirt, they gave me a jacket and called my best friend to bring me to the toilet. When I got back they've cleaned my seat 😭💖 They were our crazy classmates but they're good people. We never talked about it after but I was really grateful. I think one of them instinctively wanted to wash my skirt too 😆. Good thing we were at the back of the class

Recently I was on my periods and it was my cousin's wedding that day..it was my 5th day of period and I thought my periods were already over but still wore a pad just for safety...bruh I bled more than my 2nd day of period..it stained my beautiful dress.. but thankfully stain was gone after washing it..it was embarrassing as hell and I really wanted to cry but couldn't because everyone was happy and I didn't wanted to ruin everyone's mood...
