Welp. I've officially found myself on the fan edits side of things and I'm loving it! This was SO beautifully done. Lucas fell for Elizabeth from the very beginning and it's so sweet to watch their story unfold with each new episode. 🥰 ...The writers of WCTH know exactly what they're doing. 👏💛

Lucas should be Elizabeth's choice because he understands her better and he will know how to handle her success and he will know how to encourage. Even though he doesn't have children he's great with kids and is able to see people true selves. He's a plus for the town and not afraid to jump in wherever he's needed. He brings the romance back into Elizabeth's life.

If I was Elizabeth, I would go with Lucas! I would not want another Mountie & the pain of repeating what happened in the past, leaving her son with no father, and her a widow. Lucas is so charming & very considerate of her interests.

i think nathan is the safer choice and that's why i hope they put her with Lucas. i think the things he loves (ex. books) are the same things she is passionate about. he is very mysterious and unreliable, especially for her having a baby. but i think next season they'll build on that. i never thought i would be over jack...i loved him so much. but i think they must have done a good job of writing it because - while i still love him - i've moved on.
