Shriekers won't actually spawn a warden when you place it back down unless you use a debug stick on it and change it to warden spawnable : true Don't worry friend :)

First, at least Terroriser and Vanoss already knew that seeing as they fought wardens before, and second, it's both. There'd been a couple of times in the video when the Warden attacked a completely stationary target because they stopped moving too close to it and the Warden sniffed them out.
