At least, most of the community is accepting. This comment section alone sadly proves that even in this fandom there is still hatred. If they don’t like that a character is trans they could just not say anything and ignore it, but it seems like all they want to do is fight, sadly. But aside from those who are hateful, I agree, it’s nice getting to see characters that are a part of the lgbt+ community, and seeing it (mostly) be welcomed by fans!
