Of all the singer I have heard so far from Anwar, Shabir, Sonu, Aziz and Udit, he is closest to Rafi Sahab. It is too precise to differentiate from Rafi Sahab unless you are aware of him singing. I am stunned honestly..

Anwar was much closer in voice to Rafi saab than anyone I have heard to date. All Rafi singers sound good and Rafi like only in Rafi songs, but Anwar bhai sounded like Rafi saab in his own playback songs.
