Sony A7 R 3 is more of a studio and fashion shoot camera ,its a little slower than the 5D4 .The 5D4 is an all rounder camera which you can use for street as well as videos

Depends on how you see it .Sony A7 3 is a good option in Mirrorless because Sony has more experience than Nikon and its a proven product in the market.But personally i feel Nikon Z7 is no match for 5D4 in terms of battery life and af speed

If you see it as an investment point of view then better to wait for 5D mark 5 .Canon is expected to launch FF mirrorless soon ,Dual Pixel AF is something no other competitor has still managed to replicate
