I've found the only way to beat this is to use a Google-owned product (for example a Chromecast) as they tend not to show adverts on those, maybe because you've spent money on one of their devices.

Sorry, I kind of like the volume at this level. If I increased the volume it would also get noisier. If I do regular audio levels it will lose that relaxing quality as I have to talk louder to get high volume and clean audio. I also make these videos at night so talking loud would be also an issue. Hopefully that explains some of the reasons for the audio levels 😊
