He is a goonda and a bad person. When one gets money and fame their true character comes forward. That's what is happening with this kachda fellow. He could've easily picked up his phone and called the commissioner and got this sorted out. 1 phone call from cyber police to Renuka swamy would've finished the matter. Instead he planned to kidnap him and torture and kill him. An ex gf of mine was constantly being troubled by some bank loan fellow. I took his number and called him pretending to get a loan and took his details. I went to the bank and spoke to the manager and he called him and blasted him. I warned him that if he does it again, I'll file a police complaint and he stopped. I was 25 then.
