Thanks . I got thin and did not realized . Now all is about people wanting to get thin. It is difficult to put on kilos ... So am eating, or feel like I need to eat all day to get my normal weight .. Thanks for your words. I think perhaps When not concentrate when eating I don't breed properly and the food could not go down.???

thank for this video. In this modern way of living, we are not able to eat around or soon after the sunset. Especially in winter time in certain part of the world. What would you recommend if one has to have a healthy cooked meal in the evening after hours of the sun setting? Could we utilise ginger, pepper, cinnamon and other ingredients in this matter? The video would be more helpful if you let us know what to eat and what not to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kindly also give some suggestions for people who schedule is such that they cannot avoid eating late night. What food is advisable at that time.Hope you would understand the practical problems that we face.

I eat lightly 98 percent of the time. I don't like the feeling of eating too much, as it makes me feel heavy and uncomfortable. I really dislike that. I'm a pesco-vegetarian. However, questions.. In winter, I often don't arrive home until after dark, and then eat soon after that. What to do? After eating I usually rest sitting for 1/2 hour, to let myself digest, sometimes reading or listening to audio books or doing language app. What would you please suggest doing instead of mental work?

He explained it in the video about food. Simply do not distract your mind with something else, focus on the processes happening in your stomach. Where attention goes energy flows, so let the energy work in the stomach.

Eating late is the main cause, after sunset when you eat, the digestion becomes weak and it is not digested well and so it creates acid and creates burning sensation in stomach , chest, throat. Try to eat as early as you can and after half an hour of lunch or dinner walk for 10 minutes, your problem will be solved.😊
