Pratapgad or Pratapgarh is a famous tourist attraction in Mahabaleshwar. Pratapgad is situated around 20 kilometers from Mahabaleshwar and is a must visit place in monsoon. The Pratapgad fort is easily accessible by car right uptill the top. A bus or a heavy vehicle however should not be taken at the foothills due to a narrow road.
