স্কয়ারফার্মা শেয়ার টি বিষয়ে যেভাবে বোঝালেন খুব ভালো লাগলো ৷ জানার থেকে বোঝাটা বেশি কাজ করে ৷ এখন বিএটিবিসি শেয়ার টি যদি গত পাঁচ বছর আগে ১/১১/২০১৭ এক লক্ষ টাকার ক্রয় করা থাকতো এখন কি হত এই ধারনা দেওয়া সম্ভব হলে দিবেন ৷ আর এখন যদি এক লক্ষ টাকার বিএটিবিসি বত্তমান সময়ে ২৪/০৪/২০২৩ ক্রয় করি তাহলে আগামি পাঁচ বছর পরে২৩/০৪/২০২৮ কেমন হওয়া সম্ভব এই বিষয়ে যদি ধারনা দিলে খুশি হব ৷

ভাই আমি শেয়ার বাজারে নতুন। তবে আপনার এনালাইসিস গুলা এখন পর্যন্ত দেখা সর্বউত্তম। আমার একটা রিকোয়েস্ট Cement সেক্টরের বেষ্ট একটা কোম্পানি নিয়া একটা এনালাইসিস দেন। আমি একটা মাত্র ফার্মাতে ইনভেস্ট করছি তা হলো স্কয়ার। সবে মাত্র ইনভেস্ট শুরু করেছি। তাই আশা করি আমার রিকোয়েস্ট টা রাখার চেষ্টা করবেন। আপনাদের থেকেই আমরা নতুনরা শিখবো।

I would just include one thing that It is really difficult for general people to invest such a big amount in one short. SIP can be an alternative option inspite of not giving best result for 10 year in case of SIP. My opinion is general investor can choose stock market for 30 % or 40% of his total required fund. In this case stock market can be good option where initial a good amount with SIP of can use.

In 2013, EPS= 11.13tk and no of shares = 370,768,664 In 2023 no of shares are 886,451,010 that means EPS (2013)= 4.65tk ( adjusted) EPS (2023)= 21.41 EPS growth in 10 years = 16.5% (CAGR) You said 20.32% Did I do sometimes wrong? I used consolidate eps and shares outstanding from the annual report!

And face value upor 60% dividend dela 39512 piece share a yearly 240,000 taka monthly only 20,000 taka pawa jaba. Tai Bangladesh er share market long term luv kora sujog kom.

@@Investing-with-Kabir at 11:15 you did not give much importance to capital gain. i was seeing your video and i was also thinking same as this comment, but no one asked. With sanchay patra the yield is higher, we can compound more, like 4 times a year, safer. So to be more profitable than money market we have to look for stock that has both potential of stock price increase and minimum 5-6% yield. may be we can find good shares that will appreciate price in future but yields are getting lower. So i guess you have shown over optimism in this video and others as well.

গত ১০ বছরআগে বিনিয়োগ করলে কি হতো সেটি যেনে কি লাভ । বরং সামনে কত সালে কত টাকা কোন শেয়ারে ইত্যাদি যেমন এই কামিং ভিডিও 32 সালে ফ্রি হতে গেলে বা ১লাখ মাসে পেতে হলে কি করতে হবে সেগুলে জানা খুবই জরুরী আমি মনে করি ।

Mr.kabir vhi...u are calculating the rate of return based on initial investment of tk 41.00 lac for all the year but divident money also reinvest for every year.so why we should not consider the dividend value as a capital in the final calculation with initial investment in 2032

If tk. 1 crore invested to FD @8% interest rate it will be doubled in 9 years So it will be 2 crore after 9 year and @ same interest rate monthly income will be 1.2 lac after deducting AIT. Than why should I invest in risky market? Pls don't take it otherwise, this query is just for learning purpose.

My investment horizon is more than 15 years. Besides that, i have separate investments in 5 years sanchaypatra. These are the asset classes i do believe. I don't like real estate. Trying to follow your advice to get financial freedom.
