What kind of torture a GST officer can do? That person is medically unwell so he dies due to stroke. It is an unfortunate event no one should be blamed for this. What ever these offices are doing its their duty. If you would have known how a GST raid happens you perhaps ever ​blamed them. It takes weeksto plan a raid also before 72 hour of raid and after 48 hour of raid they are not allowed to go home or eventalk on phone. They need to stay in office all the time. They are not to blame for this mischief sir. This MLA is threatening them he will be terminated if they file compain against them. Brother first of all he is a public representatives and officer is a public servant, the MLA here may be little over reacting but confronting for there bad and targeted behaviour is not a problem, Officer is there to help people not to show off his power and misuse it , it is a festival season, why the officer came to the shop on the particular festival day to interrupt their business , Dhanteras is the day when gold shop make money if they interrupt like this it's a torture shop owner is not a criminal . And what MLA sir does is actually needed, In India some time officer think that they are the ruler of public and they can do what they want and misbehave people. And MLA is not interrupting their work MLA went to their office to confront them what they did with public it's nowhere a criminal offences.
