Necessary materials
3 zucchinis.
3 eggs.
salt.
ground red pepper.
black pepper.
cheddar cheese (80 grams).
2.5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (50 grams).
2.5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (50 grams).
Vegetable oil for frying.
Cheddar cheese for topping (20 grams).
For sauce:
1 red pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 carrot.
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (15 ml).
2 large spoons of yoghurt (150 grams).
parsley.
