I believe with time humans are getting shorter and shorter... My great - grandfather was 6ft 5in tall My grand father was 6 ft tall My father is 5ft 11in tall I am 5ft 10.5in tall...... I guess....if my family history was extended to maybe 1000 years ago... then it would be quite plausible that some of my ancestors were 7ft tall...or even taller!!

Why we are not that giant now the answer is in hindu text giant exist in dwapar yuga and treta yuga now is kalyuga and in future end of kalyuga humens are becoming more shorter height less than 4 or 3feet but smarter (in the sense of intelectually not spiritually) most of the humens becomes weaker physically more smarter intellectually. This because of humens never ending expectation and hunger of wanting more, experience more and craving of feel larger than life. This cycle will goes on in Sata, Treta, Dwapara and kal yuga untill all karmas of humen being aew not neutralise (moksha). It can only achived by spiritual awakning (knowing yourself) and bhakti yoga (worshiping who knows the path of moksha - GOD)

I got the final pieces of the puzzles clearly. During prehistoric era (or what it is called now) - Sloths, Bears, Mammoths, Tigers, Lions were all bigger than what we have now. Sanatan Dharmic scriptures (what is called mythology) today says that during the peak of Kaliyuga humans would grow smaller and smaller in stature with reduced life span. Giant animals reproduce slowly, usually live in temperate and colder climate than to conserve body heat or other way round (I mean animals get bigger living in colder areas). For example Siberian Tigers is way bigger in size than Sumatran Tigers. Of course exceptions are there. There was long period of freezing climate when giant animals were there and with thawing of ice caps that extended much beyond polar areas, those animals died out. Also if we look at modern human beings technological progress, we are building smaller and smaller things and consequently (as a feedback loop) we are getting atomized, I mean becoming narrow minded and individualistic in nature and not able to achieve or do much individually thereby grouping together in herds developing herd mentality (which is what basically drives leftist-feminist-communist-jihaadi mentality). Computers, machines, tools, a lot of stuff are getting smaller. Smaller drones can replace fighter jets in near future. Oh! Okay I mentioned about life span. People now àre reproducing at early age only controlled by laws and lifestyle changes. And smaller animals reproduce faster and have lower life span. While I have known that our older generation of people lived more healthy and longer than current generation, but average life span was lower due to diseases and other stuff. So people now live longer due to medical intervention. And there are studies that prove that every generation of moder human beings are loosing 15% of muscle strength (weaker). Also our brains have reduced by at least 10% in size in last 5000 odd years. We are getting cancer, diabetes and heart ailments (diseases if oldies) in younger population more often now. All these connects the dots / pixel for a clear picture in my mind using multi disciplinary approach. BTW I forgot to mention about a person (legend) in India who not so long ago (only 500 odd years ago) had been recorded as killing a horse and its rider by cutting both of them in half in a single sword swipe and he was indeed giant among his men. Then there are folklores I heard about miniature human beings constantly pestering for food and other stuff abandoned by people when they get old. In short - a lot of things that we call mythology due to limited view and limited resolution power at telescopic end of our vision (wisdom) even if not true (as per our modern sensibilties) are clearly illimunating our path ahead. Onus is on us to see, if we want to choose a path that is predicted by those ancient wisdom to reach a dead end, by ignoring all this as nonsense OR we course correct with knowledge and wisdom from ancient times blended well with technology of today sans technological hubris.

@@thunderov3917 Thank you for encouragement and also much appreciated as I am able to find people, who have similar inclinations like a needle in hay stack, due to Almighty's grace which helps me put out these feelers (as comments) and getting a response from. Definitely it is not me alone out there in cosmos and that feeling & thought is more pleasant than the original thought & feeling of me being unique and only person, I used to harbour when I started. Because that old feeling & thought smelt of arrogance and hubris, which is almost non existent now as I am able to connect and feel as well as enjoy the movement towards Bhakti / Devotion towards Almighty and consequently life.

Yes! we are shrinking in size, according to bonafide ancient Indian scriptures this age is called 'Kaliyug', and by the end of this age human beings will not be more than 3 feet tall with a life span of around 30 years... this is roughly 300,000 years from now.

What he said is about height is true! It's mentioned in puranas that when kalki avatar will take birth then normal human height will be 1 meter and average age will be 15 to 16 years. I can definitely see that coming in upcoming centuries with all the pollution and climate change

Well for your kind info if you'll go through hindu texts, it is mentioned that how people were very tall in the beganing of the satyoug and then they started becoming short and short into every yug. Not only they were giants but they lived a very long life upto 1000 yrs. Then it started becoming shorter and shorter. By the end of dwapar yug (age before current age) and the begining of kal yug (current age) people were 10-15 feet tall and lived upto 150-300 years. Also that there wernt only one species but there were many humnoid species not only on earth but also on different planets and star system. Today western media and science calls it all a myth but then how come the scientific theories n facts mentioned in these Vedas and txts are so accurate that modern science also confirms it. Eg distance between earth and sun, solar system earoplane models etc. I'm sharing a video, react if you like or just watch it if you want to know more.
