Hey Pravus. I know you probably are aware about it but the foreign relations event will eventually have the "publicly accuse" option be a 100% success over time. It might be a better option to choose publicly accuse over subtle pressure when the success chance is over 75%.

@@pasha2136 no, what happens if it backfires is your diplomatic relations are damaged (aka subtle pressure and accuse % of success lowers) and the insurgent capabilities rise

Would this be a scenario where the tank commander could be useful? Since most of the fighting will be in open areas with road, the tank could be extremely useful to hold off any insurgents that try to attack the road.
