The United States of America is on the brink of collapse. The Great Depression has been raging for ten years with no end in sight. Political upheaval across the world has increasingly inspired our own political radicals ever since the Weltkrieg. To the north, the unions and syndicalists threaten to seize the means of production. To the south, aspiring autocrats mobilize their minutemen. The country is a powderkeg, awaiting a single spark.

Merric The game doesn't instantly give you the event for capturing a city. Generally you also have to take the surrounding area.
