I’ve made this 2 times now. It’s absolutely delicious. Thank you for the great video with very clear instructions. I used to use store bought curry mix for biryani before and it never really delivered on flavour. I did use butter instead of ghee. my family prefers butter over ghee, because ghee has a strong taste. And didn’t use mint, because I couldn’t find it. However, it was extremely delicious.

Hi Hema, I tried this recipe but with did 1 thing differently added lemon juice to the prawns while marinating... It turned out to be so delicious.. But tell me if it is ok to add lime while marinating it if we are using coconut milk. Nothing happened.. but I was worried..after I used until the whole thing was over. Asking your opinion..on this.. to be sure.
