Prawns - 6oo grams
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Lemon Juice - 4 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Biryani Masala
Cloves - 4
Green Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black Cardamom - 1
Mace - ¼ piece
Star Anise - 1
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Coriander Seeds -3 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Black Caraway Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf- 1
Dried Red Pepper - 4 to 5
Cooking Oil - ½ Cup
Green Chilies Chopped - 3 to 4
Chopped Onion - 2 Medium Sized
Chopped Tomatoes - 4 Medium Sized
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tsp
Fried Onion - ½ cup
Salt - as per taste
Chopped coriander and mint leaves
3 cups Basmati Rice
2 tbsp Oil
Fried Onion
Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves

I tried this recipe today, firstly I thought that we r pouring lemon juice, tomato and tamarind all together, it may comes out to be something sour but to my amusement it was jus perfect. I followed your recipe step by step and ingredient to ingredient jus could not find pudina in the market. It is a must try recipe guys, absolutely fabulous, it made our Sunday happy happy. I tried it and it came out very good, all enjoyed it in this winter climate. It was next level especially because she has shown to dry roast the spices before grinding to a powder and I did the same, and the badi elaichi turned out to be the king of this biryani and black pepper, the queen 😘👌🏽 I also added cubed potatoes before adding prawns and cooked it for 5 - 7 minutes, and after the prawns were cooked, added pepper powder, 1 tsp tomato chilli ketchup and garam masala. Chatpata recipe we all enjoyed 😘👌🏽 Thxxxx ❤️
